Neal Speight, MD
Dr. Speight completed his undergraduate studies in Chemistry at UNC-Chapel Hill, attended medical school at East Carolina University/Brody School of Medicine and completed his residency at USC Columbia. He is board certified in Family Medicine and board eligible in Environmental Medicine through The American Academy of Environmental Medicine. He has additional certification through the American Board of Metal Toxicology, proficiency in chelation therapy and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. A member of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine, the American College for the Advancement of Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Speight strives to integrate the best of nutritional and environmental medicine with today's demanding standards for excellence in primary care.
