Office Hours: Monday -Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm

Hyperbarics Monday-Friday 9am-7pm

Over the years, we have had the privilege of seeing a large number of patients with a variety of illnesses and now have several options for appointments:

Chronic Degenerative Disease
If you have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus, Parkinson's Disease, Environmental Illness, a child with Autism or any other chronic  debilitating illness with which you or a family member has struggled for more than six months, I suggest you book an hour "new patient appointment". This appointment will include some lab work. The labwork included in this visit gives me an overview of liver function, kidney function, a cursory view of immune function, as well as your cholesterol and thyroid status. The labwork is however limited and additional labs are often required. There are no direct nutritional screening labs included in this basic bloodwork, but we can obtain indirect information of your nutritional status with this laboratory panel.

Chelation Therapy and/or Heavy Metal Evaluation
Evaluation for heavy metal exposure or chelation therapy typically requires an hour visit. The time is necessary in review of medical history, environmental exposures, living and work conditions and dietary habits. If chelation therapy has been initiated at another location and a transfer of services is desired, a 30 minute appointment may be sufficient provided all relevant testing is up to date.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy
Evaluation for hormone replacement therapy  may require 30 minutes to one hour of evaluation time provided hormone imbalance is the only issue addressed.  New patients requesting pellet therapy and desire to have an implant on the same day of  the office visit, an additional 30 minutes of time will need to be considered for the procedure. Hormone replacement therapy will be treated only when all pertinent and up to date testing results have been reviewed, such as mammogram, pap smear and laboratory hormone levels.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
If you are not currently a patient with the Center for Wellness, an initial evaluation prior to starting this therapy is required. Hyperbaric treatment is available to those with a valid prescription for HBO from a certified physician and  a brief safety assessment of 15 -30 minutes will be required prior to entering the chamber. Copies of medical records supporting treatment will be required.

Thermography
An appointment for a thermogram in our office does not require seeing the physician and can be booked directly with the receptionist based on the availability of our thermographer.
