Carolina Blood Center Sponsored Drive

CFW will be hosting the Community Blood Center of the Carolinas Sunday, 8/7/11 from 2p-6p at 1258 Mann Drive in Matthews. Nutraceutical company, Douglas laboratories has provided supplements for give-away drawings to those that donate a pint. "Every Drop Stays Here. Saving Local Lives."

Why So Blue? Often times the winter brings on the blues. Is it situational lows, biochemical imbalances or possibly both? Join us on 01/27/11 at 6pm-8pm at the Matthews Women's Club House 208 S. Trade Street, Matthews, NC (across from Matthews Elementary School) to learn more about the biochemistry of depression and more. Speakers: Licensed counselor, Rob Lewinski and Dr. Neal Speight.. Gluten free, casein free snacks will be provided by Jamie Birch from Healthy Priorities. RSVP is appreciated as there is limited seating.
